NWT. Hi-Low dress that can be worn anytime, especially special occasions. The front has a ruffle like design with demin look dark blue, & button down clousure. The back has two tone dark-blue & orange. It's a beautiful sleeveless dress. The hi-low orange skirt & trim looks like see thru eyelets that show off a beautiful design trim & lined orange slip.
It's 60% cotton, 35% , & 5% spandex & the trim 100% polyester.

@ldavis5228 Girls size Large 14 - 16. Spandex 5% in material. Measured from shoulder seam to hem of dress 29 inches. From back of dress neck seam to bottom of dress 34 inches .
