lips1 Thank you darlin’ the only reason I’m pushing it a little bit I was supposed to sell the house this summer and I really need to get on that hopefully by February I don’t know how actually the town houses perfect I’m a designer, so even the garden is magnificent. But I just can’t unclutter all my paperwork and vacuum every time someone’s going to come over❗️

lips1 My housecleaner became my friend a year so she’s coming tomorrow she does B on cleaning now we empty closet she does all the grunt work I just lay on the floor and tell her where to put things😃

lips1 Oh she’s an amazing help and amazing friend but I do pay her for her extra work she needs the money back when I first got hurt in March and April she had to wash my hair for me she’s just an amazing person I am blessed. No there’s a huge hurry with the house especially now the townhouse I’m going to rent in California there’s two available now and I wanna grab one‼️ just leaving my parents in New Jersey but the weather here is killing me💦💦

lips1 Well most patients on Wednesday and Thursday would’ve been hospitalized but since I’m a medical professional and I trust my judgment with the hospital grade anti-inflammatory they gave it to me & allowed me to stay home on my couch(The benefits of the lingo from graduating from medical school)😃😃

lips1 You’re so kind I’m going there for weather there’s virtually no humidity except for January and February. I will become younger there😃My townhouse development people get a contract on the first full day❗️ start out for sale by owner but if it’s not going fast enough I’ll get the realtor rather save the money but now in a time crunch to get the rental there. You’re a sweetheart I appreciate it💜💜

lips1 It’s hard when you’re suffering today my usual sunny self But I have Highhope’s for the move itself and flying there holding me and maybe for months and I will not unpack everything. But I estimate six months living there I will play playing guitar at Laguna Beach‼️
