@cj007 I dont believe so. I'm a 38DD and the XL fit me. I'm o ly 5 feet though so it was long. I think your best best is to go by the size chart for the best result :) it's really stretchy

@demaelro your best bet is to go by the size chart. It is 65% cotton and 35% polyester :)

@demaelro a 4-6 would probably be a small though.the fabric is very stretchy and it would be a shorter length for you. Believe me I'm 5 ft. I'm short too!
