mruiz08eHello Veronica! I’m reaching out to see what you would like to do about the case. I got a an email from PoshMark stating that your money will be refunded to you and that you need to mail the item back to do so. I understand you can’t mail it back due to your work schedule and I completely understand that.

mruiz08eI don’t mind if you don’t mail it back. Like I said, you can keep it and do whatever you want with it. I still will like for you to pick an item from my listing that is equivalent to what you purchase. I will then mail it to you with no charge. Again, I’m sincerely sorry about my mistake. Have a great weekend.

kaylamarie847I’m so sorry it won’t let me tag you in the item you purchased. I’m currently out of town with a family matter. I should be back later tonight and your item will be shipped out first thing in the morning.
