I got a an email from PoshMark stating that your money will be refunded to you and that you need to mail the item back to do so. I understand you can’t mail it back due to your work schedule and I completely understand that.

I still will like for you to pick an item from my listing that is equivalent to what you purchase. I will then mail it to you with no charge. Again, I’m sincerely sorry about my mistake.
