fashionablesens@lorieledbetter hi! I am so embarrassed that I'm not on my game to get you this information. We had in unexpected family come to town and well it's been crazy. It's 100% polyester. No stretch and it's very flowy. Pit to pit is approximately 21 inches. Approximately 23 inches from shoulder to bottom seam and it's hard to measure waist because it flares out. If you are interested in it I'll give you a deep discount for my lack of checking my messages. Just send an offer and I'll accept it.
