hvboutique @kml813 the width in the hip area looks to be about 25 inches. This is a very stretchy material, silky like. I believe polyester and Spandex! Hope that helps!

hvboutique @andersonborgen it does have pockets! And the fabric I'm pretty sure was a mess up on the tag...I have another dress from same company that feels exactly the same..so I believe the material is 85% polyester 15% Spandex. The dress is long also!
