kstarmaui @thekellykid hi there are no tags. It measures 17” from armpit to armpit laying flat, 19” across hip area laying flat. 46” long from top of shoulder strap to lowest point at hem. It does have some stretch to it. So is forgiving. I hope that helps! 😊

kstarmaui @aliya_jasmine the waist is around 18” to 19” same as hip size across. It is hard to tell exactly where waist is since it will hang differently on everyone.
