dressmethrifted@domsmom041717 Hi and thanks for the inquiry. I hope I'm understanding your question correctly. Do you want to know if it opens completely up as if it's a duster? It does not open completely up it is stitched, has an elastic waistband and a belt that gives it the wrap look.
