tarynupmy_heart@pinkfarm1 hi there, this top is meant to have that loose flowy effect so when i actually stretch it out from pit to pit is about 21 inches....of course but it’s just not a good representation for sizing because of the shirred stretchy area at the chest. That’s probably confusing but the shirred area is meant to make the folds to create the flowiness.
