samsonhandsome Hi, I just the received my MK bag. Are u sure the bag is brand new, 3 of the feet out of 4 got scratches on it n no dust bag? If brand new should Not have scratches at all n also comes with dust bag

glamedup @samsonhandsome hi, yes it is brand new has all its tags attached etc. I have two more. This is a Michael Michael Kors outlet style and they do not have dust bags as you can see from my listings almost none of them say that the dust bag is included. As for the scratches they were probably from storage at the store as they are not old inventory.

glamedup @samsonhandsome I do but we are not allowed to share email or any contact information on Poshmark. But if there are scratches on the bottom of the feet it doesn’t mean it’s not new it’s probably due to storage.

glamedup @samsonhandsome why? Its 100% authentic and my buyers are more than welcome to ask me any questions and I answer truthfully as you can see in many listings they ask me. Also outlet has its own styles that are not found at lifestyle stores so this bag in this style can not be from anywhere except the outlet.

glamedup @samsonhandsome you had told me that you were purchasing for yourself and that’s why you needed to cancel the large size. My listings say brand new for all listings that come straight from the brand and have tags attached to them. I take as many pictures as Posh allows and if you see the picture with the feet bottom you can see that there is some scratch on it. I understand if you want to give it as a gift but I cannot exchange a bag you already accepted through poshmark.

glamedup @samsonhandsome I’m sorry u feel that way but it’s not possible for the bag to be new and the feet not. Again it must have been scratched at the store. Please feel free to contact Poshmark and see if they can provide some assistance. Like I said I try my best to be as accurate as possible. As you can see from my closet and my ratings. I even make videos of my items but cannot post them on this platform due to Posh policy.
