glamedup @snowkitty93 that’s actually not a defect it’s transfer from the Melbourne leather. It’s usually in different places with each bag because they are each uniquely made. At least that’s what the Brahmin sales associate told me! It just didn’t come with one. I should have checked when I left the store but when I got home I saw some of them didn’t have it and some did.

glamedup @snowkitty93 In any event, even if the card was there you still wouldn’t be covered under the warranty because Posh is not authorized dealer of Brahmin. You need to buy from Brahmin or Dillard’s or Macy’s to be covered from what I understand when I registered my handbag. I know it sucks but at least the good thing is that the material is really good! I have a Brahmin crossbody I’ve used for about a year and it still looks new!

Follow as many as you can and take pictures outside where there is natural light. I also recommend finding items that are higher brands because they generally sell better
