theluxrewind @mbrown2017 also hun those are pics of the actual item I took them out of the box & packaging to photo :) also sorry if u were worried about “material” from other comment they are literally the same material any other vegan heel is no difference, I have a bad back from a severe injury & I find them super comfortable better than my more expensive heels. However comfort is going to be personal based on foot shape & use Ofcoarse. :) For the price you cant go wrong

theluxrewind @filthyanimals yes posh emailed saying seller has not shipped & cancel because it’s past deadline. I assumed something happened. So I guess I’d contact your post office & let them know your info/tracking & ask them to pull it or return to u. If it ends up being shipped anyway I can return to sender for you because it’s already done nothing I can do now :( sorry hun it’s why posh has agreed upon ship max deadlines.
