jaimerss @lubell420 good morning! These have a good amount of stretch in them. They fit almost like yoga pants. I wear a 14 or a 16 in AE jeans depending on the fit. These are jeggings so they fit tighter so the 16 fits me perfectly. However, with the destruction holes in the jeans, you might not want to stretch that part out too much or you'll end up with bigger holes if you are thinking of going down a size.
