NWT Forever 21 strapless dress, cheetah animal print brown/tan (taupe) and black, ruched down the middle both front and back, fully lined, no padding with a cute mesh detail near the bust. No defects! I can't tell if this is meant to be a mini dress and would most likely hit above the knee depending on height, but the length is 25".
