This Basic Unisex pant features a natural rise and an adjustable webbed drawstring at the waist, one back pocket, and a cargo pocket with an inside cell phone pocket.

@loremc I would say no, not in this particular pant. It's a unisex pant, so the only difference would be in the length. The LargeP is a 34-36" waist and 29" lendth. A regular med is 30-32" waist and 31" length.

@marcpontiac I would think so..they do have an adjustable drawstring waist. Because these are a unisex pant, they are a bit narrower in the hips than a missy would be. Also, have you ever worn the Cherokee brand before? They do tend to run on the bigger side.

@marcpontiac My husband wears this style and he's a 34 waist and 5"9. Of course he had no hips or butt, He wears the Med Petite. If that gives you an idea..
