beth6363 Hi Mary, Thank you for the offer on my Frank Lyman Dress I received on August 2nd. I had just reduced the price that same day from $60 to $38 so I am unable to lower it any further. I'm sorry it took a bit longer to respond. I live in the suburbs of Phila. PA where the tornadoes hit and roads are closed, traffic jams etc. caused me to get home late tonight!
