This adorable blouse is ultra feminine with white polkadots on a black background & three tier bell sleeves. It has a round neck & is a pull-on style. It is made of 100% poly so it has a lovely sheen with a lightweight & will wash & iron up great. This is manufactured overseas so the sizing match-up to US is a little goofy so I am using the US numerical sizes. See pic for measurements to size when ordering. So cute! 😍 New boutique with higher inventory cost so FIRM PRICE.
