cle957 @katsal824 Well she certainly is a blessing from above in my life! 😀. But the angle part would be a stretch..LOL! I think she is what my mother's generation used to call a "spirited child". 😀. Kara is my first grandbaby and I love her and spoil her too much! Lol. She is the main reason I started on PM. I am trying to get rid of some of the mounds of cloths of hers. I have a shopping illness when it come to her. I am trying to work on it. 😀

kristylynn We've all been there (I just started mine this year and only really started listing stuff around April). Feel free to ask me any questions and I'll help you if I can! Definitely time-consuming especially now that my belly's getting bigger (6 months along). Hard to bend down and take flat lays now, lol. Due at the end of the year right after Christmas!

She looks like her daddy (who looks just like his mom ☺️) so when I look at her about half the time I see her daddy at her age. My husband took this picture of Kara and me together when she was just learning to say "Chee..." when she had her picture taken. Lol Being a grandma is just a whole different experience! She is my little everything!!

cle957 @tezza630 No worries on the name. It happens all the time. That’s what you get when your parents spell your name weirdly. People misspell and mispronounce my name all the time. The auto-correct doesn’t like my name either. I stile remember when I got my first iPhone and would type an email and later texts. It would always change my name to Chrysler. I can’t tell you how many messages I sent out like that. Lol

My given name is Teresa, but mom didn’t like “Terri” with an “e” so she chose “Tari”, which is pronounced “Terri”, NOT “Tahri” or “Tara”, but that’s what i get 99% of the time. 😂😂 I just go with it. I like having an unusual spelling though. The name is common, but the spelling is not.

I have a small piece of paper with my mother’s handwriting on it - she was experimenting with how to spell my name. Oddly enough, “Tari” is not actually on it. When i was in kindergarten, we made one of those clay handprints & my teacher spelled my name “Teri”. I still have that plaque & the (mis)spelling sticks in my craw, lol! So just a little background, my mother can’t handle any type of confrontation which I didn’t become aware of until I was an adult really. When I was little, they used to call me “Christy” which wouldn’t be all that unusual except notice the spelling (my given name is Chrystile). I asked my mother why she didn’t think that was totally confusing for a kid to basically misspell their name in their nickname. She said...

Mom even moved out of that school district and I went to a completely different school the next year (and every year after that which are stories of their own lol) so she could have had me change it back. cle957 @sticks_stones Hey Teri, thanks for asking! She is still doing the same. She is still undergoing testing. She has her stress test and the echo this Wednesday. She has a halter monitor on for a few days and they have read those results and they know that she is having extra heart beats or PVC (premature beats from the bottom two chambers). Some people can have this condition and not have any symptom that cause problems but Mom is having significant problems from it.

It’s strange because she has never had any issues before, we do not have any heart problems in our family history and Mom doesn’t have any of the standard heart disease risk factors. So they don’t know why it is happening yet. Of course these things just move so slowly that it is frustrating. I know from my own medical situation that things just tend to work that way in medicine. Once the new one is established it will be okay but there is so much work upfront to get followers. Trying to do that while listing & keeping my regular closet running is more work then I had planned for. I guess I just forgot how much time it takes to build up followers in the beginning. Lol

cle957 @kathym_4061 If you click on the “Find People” right above “My Closet” it brings you to another section where you can select Poshers by brand, city, or if they are new to Poshmark. Once you are in that section select “New People” and it automatically defaults to “Fresh Closets”. We tend to keep it on friend closets because those typically have been on long enough to have listed a few things. Most who have just joined. Only have a profile listing on them.

cle957 @armes Oh my goodness, I can’t imagine how this could happen either unless there was some kind of a computer glitch in the address. Sellers have no way to cross check addresses that are printed on the shipping labels. Our boutique address is listed in the upper left corner of the shipping label under our name - Cedar Laundry Exchange. We will need to contact Poshmark and the rightful customer right away. Did you open it & know what was inside? A description would help.

cle957 @armes First and for most, I am very sorry you are going through all of this. I am sorry I did not say that FIRST!! Goodness...it sounds like you have already been through a lot. We have dealt with several experiences of our own and know it can be very frustrating when you can not just call someone and talk to them over the phone to get things resolved. Things can be miscommunication by emails and this type of conversation method.

cle957 @armes I am not sure I understand what you are saying about the jacket however. I understand that you received something that you did not order. I got that part. I caught something in your last message that made me think that you also might have been billed for that jacket too? I just want to make sure I understand all of what you are saying before I open the Inquiry with a Poshmark.

cle957 @armes Thank you for taking the time to help me understand this better. Getting the facts straight will help us make sure it is resolved properly. I wish we didn’t have to have you relive this over & over but unfortunately this is the way Poshmark has it set up. Sellers have to have Poshmark resolve all issues. It is how everything is design. It is especially important when it comes to funds because Sellers do not process any of the card transactions either.

cle957 @armes Hi again. We just looked up in our records the sale of that jacket & the shipping label printed what I assume is your name & address with our customer’s closet address name. Since we have no way of cross checking addresses as a Seller (addresses are kept private for security & can only been accessed by Poshmark), we would have no way of knowing it was going to be shipped to the wrong address/person.

cle957 @armes I have contacted Poshmark because I want them to contact both YOU and the rightful owner of the jacket to advise on next steps. They should be the ones to cover any charges to re-ship the item to the actual address it should have been mailed to. Poshmark should be able to send a new shipping label directly to you by email with the postage paid so all you will need to do is tape the box back up & drop it off at the Post Office tomorrow. They aren’t open today anyway.

cle957 @armes I opened up an “Iissue” related to sale so it’s tagged directly to the delivery of that order. They will likely respond within 24 hours unless they are swamped. Most of our sales related ones have always been initially been responded to within a day. The decision can take several days however.

cle957 @armes I completely understand! Many of the Sellers have been experiencing more unexplained computer software type issues as well. Again, I am so sorry about all of this! cle957 @armes Hi Rose. Just wanted to let you know that we heard from Poshmark regarding this issue. They have requested additional information which we have provided. cle957 @armes Hi Rose. I am sending you another update. Unfortunately, your prediction about Poshmark’s Customer Service was right on the money. This situation has by far been our worst experience dealing with them in years! We have received communications from several different people, none of which appear to know that there is an open case for this order or that some else at Customer Service is already working on it.

cle957 @armes (cont.) What is worse is that each person seems to be coming to their own conclusion about what must have happened and handling the solution differently. I have sent email replies to each of them but it looks like one of the individuals has now closed the case, labeled the order a “Lost Package”, refunded the buyer, and credited us as the Seller. If you were charged for the jacket, you should see the cost back in your account now.

My last communication with the actual person who was supposed to be handling our case sent us the exact same questions this morning that we replied to in great detail 2 days ago. She didn’t even bother to scroll down her own email to see our reply below. I can’t express enough how disappointed we are in their “support” personnel!! We will mail you the shipping costs to ship the jacket back to us. I am sorry for all the trouble.

cle957 @armes Morning. 😀. We have been closed for vacation (still are until next Monday) but I saw your note so I wanted to respond. I checked my email and I didn’t get an email yesterday 4 days later from the woman who was supposed to be handling our Case that was closed by another person. I will not be replying to her because it is not worth anyone wasting any more time trying to deal with them. It’s obvious now that she is not competent to handle this fixing this situation.

cle957 @armes (cont.) Apparently she has been spending several days trying to contact our customer using her email address to get her home address which makes absolutely no sense to me. If she has access to that customer’s private info as a Customer Service Rep to get her email then she would also have access to her home address to print out the new shipping label!!! She also thinks I have the coat...not someone else. Not sure who is talking with you. UGH!

cle957 @armes (cont.) We would like to get the coat back but this whole situation has been a nightmare for everyone so if you are no longer willing to return it to us I can understand how you feel. You should not have to spend your own funds to return the package and now Poshmark will not help on the return. There is another way we could get a new label printed for you to us through the system by putting in a $3 listing (+shipping) we pay. If you want to try, let me know.
