stormiesposh @mkan13 I am also 5’4... but I am defiantly not a size 2 😢 ... My mannequin is taller ... the dress measurement is from the top of shoulder to the bottom hem of the dress.... best way to judge is to measure a dress that you already have... hope that helps ... let me know if you have anymore questions👍
