annettebaker745but till then you can find nice stands of prickly pear cactus so you know where to go when they are ready to harvest!!! Look online and you will find so much about how to harvest and juice and cook!! If you own your home plant some!! Of course whole foods has them from time to time but they are never ever the way I remember

We are renting a home at the moment.. its super lovely we have date trees, my neighbor has an amazing orange tree and the other one has a lemon- tucson is like a paradise compared to NY lol..

annettebaker745@jahjahjewelry I lived there so long ago- a gypsy life. We would pick it anywhere we saw it! Road side to strangers lawns probably to parks and hiking trails!!! We made jam once from a large haul at someone’s house - the details are foggy now!!!!
