@jewelgal25 Hi Angela, thanks so much for your interest. The cuffs fit a 6.5" wrist but especially this one, because of the chain, the fit is adjustable. The length is set at 7.5" with some give, but I can always add a few more links. We measure normally with a string around the smallest part of the wrist below the bone then bring a string, not a tape measure to a ruler for accuracy.

@ebby81672 Dear Ebony thank you for purchasing the cherub cuff!!! The only possibility of a lion ring will be wire wrapped in brass. I will check to see if I have any small lions but I think I don't have. I cannot make it now in silver because my sterling is expensive and the lions are not sterling only silver on brass. LMK and I will see and order a small lion if you want :)

@irep219 Indiana is cool! We stayed in Indianapolis one night.. The other Shon is a cancer too.. and he uses "smh" all the time.. lol.. but in regard to a silver color-- I use sterling silver or copper , not stainless steel because its too hard to work with that and gemstones because the gemstones are fragile and we need softer materials with gems . Are you looking for a sterling silver wire wrap? Its far more expensive than copper.

@irep219 it looked kinda funky in some areas but didnt have too much time to explore - we were driving from NYC to Tucson -- ) Btw-- cancer birthstone is emerald and ruby moonstone and pearl-- I have a mens beaded bracelet that is sterling silver with rubies emeralds and pearls in my store - if you are interested .. btw-- I love bass -- my dad used to fish when he was alive :(

@jahjahjewelry its been easily fixed. Here on the other hand I have had 2 woman who demanded a case to be opened and a full refund been demanded. I am still beside myself with the way these women have reacted. The first lady accused me of selling her used makeup. I sell NOTHING but brand new. She even took several pictures and in each picture, my items are very clearly in their original packaging. I thought that no way would she win with out and out lies

@jahjahjewelry I was wrong then I get a woman who had bought 3 bundles of eyeliner and 2 out of 33 looked like they melted a little tiny bit and she was going off saying over half was damaged and again she took a bunch of pictures only all of the pictures were of the same 2 items. Neither one of these ladies had the decency to even try and message me. If they had, I would have went over and beyond until they were satisfied. Nope. Neither one of them would talk

@tammyandson That is horrible. Selling can be difficult sometimes. I had a woman on Amazon return a cuff in a bubble envelope -- which she wore and her skin turned the cuff interior black with patina ---- the cuff was returned damaged and worn - but amazon is strict with this behavior. The only thing I can say is that someone who does that will try it again with someone else and they will prevent her from buying.

@jahjahjewelry They both demanded a case to be opened. I swear to God I feel like I am in the twilight zone. In the past year of selling on different sites I have never come across even one person like these 2 and I have been here 2 weeks and I have 2 of them. I cried half of the day today. I have worked so hard 10 12 hours a day every day since I got here and I am in complete shock. I have made about 12 different orders. All the others gave me 5 stars.

I had one woman, when I first started say she never got the cuff- I didnt know to deal with ebay and I sent another one -- it was freaky- to me , a rare sterling cuff--- I am still so upset many years later...

I had the same thing happen on Amazon-- like 12 people in 3 months bought and returned items... during the elections when we were posing our opinions. (I wont go into detail) .. but Amazon saw a pattern--

Thank you for extending the discount on the beautiful coral bracelet piece. Was ready to buy it and then got a work email about a co-worker's son who was just involved in an accident. When they went in to do surgery they discovered this young man has various cancers and are going to begin treatment. The family doesn't have a lot so our HR director is taking up contributions. The $20 I would have paid for the bracelet will now go this family. I will get a piece of your jewelry another time.

You can access the Boutique Certification from your Account Tab > My Seller Tools > Boutique Certification. its really really easy -- but you can only put your handmade items listed as boutique-- Maybe don't waste your time to make a tag -- just sign up for boutique and then check your listings and you can add them to boutique

You don't need to have to have anything to do with the wholesale world as your items are one of a kind handmade unused pieces :))))) Just open one of your handmade item's listings and add to boutique . Not sure if you have a name for your things but you can come up with one or just use your name ::))) You're an independent designer

However if my buyer isn't happy I always do my best whatever makes them happy. I asked the buyer what made her think they aren't authentic but no reply back. I don't want an unhappy buyer.

I was shocked she gave me the rating she did with no excuse and demanded a return on a message but not through Posh. I examined her spelling and the way she spoke and didn't speak to you and was so rude to me, I reported her to Posh in a separate letter with an incident report.

@wrforrest I go out of my way for buyers too.. but I do know what trolls are and dishonest buyers who want to attack honest people with good ratings and beautiful things. She is probably jealous of our talent and is frustrated. How is it the only 2 items she purchased were mine and yours and she attempted to give us both problems? Thats why I investigated her and reported her. I will check her address to see if she is a real person .

@tashiana56 thank you :) I have an arrowhead pendant with a genuine emerald and ruby, its wire wrapped and heavy for metaphysical and aesthetic reasons :) I think it looks like it has an arrowhead because its a triangle other than that-- we have some copper sterling pendants that I will list soon but no arrowhead -- only arrowhead earrings

I talked to my bank today and they said that they may not put a two day hold on the check, since they know the mortgage company. Regardless, I will buy the cuff and earrings mid to late next week!
