@kayla_zellner These have ample calf room as illustrated by pictures. (It's the English cut boots that are cut small and tight.) What is your boot size and calf size? I will measure the circumference for you.

@1witty_username various brands. Target shoes and sandals 10-11. Mostly tennis shoes because I work with special ed students. Converse 9.5 women’s. Adidas, saucony, ASICS 10.

@libbiepaxton I know Asics very well. I wear an 11 in Asics Nimbus, but a 10 in Corral boots. When you buy high-end leather boots, you initially want the fit to be a bit snug because the leather stretches and conforms to your foot after they're broke in. Running shoes are usually a size larger than dress shoes and boots.

@littlegibbs3 When you first get your boots, you want them to be a little snug. Once you wear them a time or two, the leather begins to stretch and break in. You definitely don't want your boots to break in and be too big or slip on your heel when you walk. Glad you know sock🧦 fit is important.💕💖💕
By the time it gets cold, your boots will be broken in enough to accommodate a thicker sock. For now, a thin sock til they get stretched & worn a bit. So happy for you! Enjoy!🤠👢

So I just tried on some boots. 9.5 not enough toe room. 10 were better. I’m guessing that is the best to go with since I can always wear thicker socks and I’m wanting snip toe.
