Would this dress 👗 POSS fit a med? It looks like it had stretch? Is it a small mostly due to length, as I’m only 5’4? But if it’s a small due to bust, I have a large bust size?

@careyvernau Yes. It’s very stretchy at the top. The smocking will give a lot. It is a mini so check the length. It’s hard though to measure as it’s off shoulder. Free People tends to run large. Thanks for your interest.,
