catlg @kate8055 Good morning! Measurements for L are: 20.5" Bust, 29.5" Length. These don't poof or flare at the bottom. This is a very soft, great quality fabric that is a bit heavier weight. However, these are a relaxed fit, so they won't be form fitting either. 😊
