bellabeighSo I'm writing you to apologize! I'm had no idea they had or were holding the funds for the bracelet. Had I realized that, I wld have been in contact RIGHT AWAY!! I'm still not quite sure what happened to prompt them to send me that letter to investigate, but I just wanted to make sure you've been paid and again to apologize for any of my part causing the hold up. I hope everything has been cleared up and squared away!😊

Because you didnt, it was the correct item.😊 (which I love, btw!💜). I disregarded the email, but recently saw they sent ANOTHER stating I needed to file the complaint within 24 hours or else they were going to release the funds to you.
