bellabeigh to say once I receive this incorrect item, to let them know and they will get a "complaint" file started. I am sooooo confused!?!? Did you think you sent me the wrong item??? Because you didnt, it was the correct item.😊 (which I love, btw!💜). I disregarded the email, but recently saw they sent ANOTHER stating I needed to file the complaint within 24 hours or else they were going to release the funds to you.

bellabeigh So I'm writing you to apologize! I'm had no idea they had or were holding the funds for the bracelet. Had I realized that, I wld have been in contact RIGHT AWAY!! I'm still not quite sure what happened to prompt them to send me that letter to investigate, but I just wanted to make sure you've been paid and again to apologize for any of my part causing the hold up. I hope everything has been cleared up and squared away!😊

mistyf150 @bellabeigh I am new to this. I mailed it over a week ago but the label I printed sent it back to my address lol I would just disregard, as long as you received the bracelet all is good! I thought maybe I placed your label on another package. I didnt though.
