barbararentz @ccooke6708 hi, I'm so sorry. Thanks for letting me know. I obviously had no idea. I have more of these and I would be happy to send you a replacement first thing tomorrow. Have you used the product the past? I also use this and the formula is on the dry side. I feel like I have to constantly dip the brush. Either way, I would happily replace or exchange this for you. Sorry for the inconvenience 🤭

ccooke6708 @barbararentz I'm kind of leery now about the smashbox product. I liked the Bobbi Brown Gray Shadow. Maybe I can exchange it for that. I'll be happy to send the Smashbox back to you so you can see it. By the way, the Urban Decay product was fantastic!
