Betsey Punk wearers & collectors - Vintage dress from 1980’s is NOWHERE else on any site. Fun & funky w/black tube top & punk paper-doll clothes pattern. Size Large, but I’m a medium at 5’10” & it fits perfectly (see pic). Bright white skirt-near flawless with 2 tiny specs of smudge/dirt I’m 98+% certain would come clean. 2 VERY light stains (barely visible at side/bottom. Not at all noticeable when worn.
