bellpalmer @jflatsgirl This seems strange. When I go to the refund history, the last thing is says is: “Since the buyer has not shipped the order back within the eligible return window, we have released your earnings to you.” Below that is a green banner that says, Case Resolved” in large type. I’m confused about where to go to communicate with them about it. Happy to ven mo you the amount if you think that’s better. Please let me know.
