Cassee’s-NWT boho convertible dress/skirt

Beautiful boho gypsy strapless midi dress. Smocked top. Skirting is beautiful metallic designs in gold, green, and orange. Mirror sequins create fun sparkle. Skirt is lined. Smocking allows you to wear as skirt, if you like. Fabric is gauzy and perfect for hot summer days. I have looked over carefully and don’t see any flaws or missing sequin, but I could have missed one. Tag sz S LOTS of stretch. Measurements (approx and laying flat): Bust- 13” - 18” Waist- 14” - 16” Hips- 30” Length- 34”
