NWOT!! Lily White Teal Dress Shirt Blouse Size XS

NWOT!! This is a blouse dress shirt in the brand Lily White in a teal color. Although the shirt is a small, it definitely fits more like an XS since the fabric doesn’t stretch. There is cute detailing on the shoulders and you can roll and button up the sleeves if you want. It has never been worn as it has always been to small for me so it is in perfect condition.
