what is the size in shoulder width? also is it Junior Medium?

@harmony_within Hi. My apologies for the delay. The top doesn’t close in the front so a little hard to accurately measure the shoulder width. It looks to be about 19”.
It is not junior sizing. It definitely doesn’t run small. I would say true to size. This cardigan top has a looser fit to it overall.
