Jun 13Reply

dolphyn77I received an order today, which I thought was going to be what I won in the auction on 6/7/23. Instead it was an order for another buyer. Some how my shipping label was placed on her package (mikaj1978). I have asked for a shipping label to return the package of 3 items so you can send to the buyer. I would like to get the 9 items that I bid on. I am hoping they got shipped to Mika and she contacts you. Please let me know how we can fix this.

Jun 16Reply

bonniesnewplaceHi Bonnie!!! I’m a confused buyer. I just received a notification of purchase through your name. I recognize a size 5, which were an error on my part but I did not buy a 10. I’m not sure what a 35 is . I wear a 8.5 or 9. I was willing to accept the 5 in error but not a 10 too. Last week I purchased two beautiful pair in 9’s from you I guess. Please cancel this entire order and we can start over. If was a big seller I could afford this but I’m retired and disabled. Please advise. Thank you!!

Question: Elana said that we could send skus for store items in the shows (which I have attended faithfully!), but would I post in the comments in the show? I’m waiting for my next show purchase to reach out with those to save on shipping, if that’s how it’s done. Thx!

wamala1Hello, I bid on a pair of shoes this morning and won, however my card could not process and I called the bank to fix it. I texted to reprocess the item, but not certain if it was reprocessed. Am really sorry about the inconvenience. I want the shoes if still available. I appreciate and love every purchase thus far. Please advise! Warm regards and see you tomorrow, Wamala.

joycewiGood Morning I purchased a pair of shoes in size 12 and received a size 7 5 , I was on vacation when they arrived, but I opened the package on the 27th to find they were a size 7.5. Please advise of steps to resolve. Thanks 😊

saintsandaints@wholesaleu Hi, I made a bidding error on shoes when I was trying to use custom bidding. It was on a 5.00 10.00 start for shoes that retail around 50.00 I went to bid 14.00 and put 143.00. The girls acknowledge mistake.

Jul 09Reply

saintsandaints@wholesaleu They said it would be canceled and new bundle create at end of show but then said it would be done in the morning. I am just making sure it will be done in the morning.

yourjoyGreat evening to you! I have a question. Do you all hold shoes to your next show for bundling? This is my first time for taking in your live show. And I did not recognize that I was at the end of the show. So I only had one pair of shoes. So that’s why I’m asking. Do you hold shoes to decide for your next show?I’m not trying to be rude. I just don’t know.

Sep 03Reply

wholesaleu@yourjoy no mam we don’t hold the items. Poshmark processes the transactions at the end of each show.

Sep 03Reply

slickheels Wholesale..? I see alot of newer style shoes, but would you be interested in buying or selling my vintage high heels collection..?

Sep 04Reply

wholesaleu@slickheels No Mam but Thank you.

Sep 04Reply

saintsandaintsCan you create me a listing for the high end shoes? I would like to use pay in 4 which is not an option via live shows. Thank you in advance

Sep 06Reply

saintsandaintsI accidentally custom bid 330.00 trying to bid 33.00 the last bid was 31.00. I was told the error was going to be fixed. I had no reason to believe it would not. In the past I accidentally bid 115.00 instead of 15.00. It was corrected.

Sep 09Reply

saintsandaintsTo avoid this I had been removing my payment and the girls would create a buy now for me. ( the buy now are non refundable as accidental) per poshmark rules. I left my payment because the was only one host. Kaylee informed me she was leaving a note and so did I on the same day for correction.

Sep 09Reply

saintsandaintsShipping ignored the note and marked shipped. A few days prior the system was glitching and messed up bids. Shipping responded to that message immediately and inform me that I had won not the highest bidder that showed during the show. This has caused a hardship. I purchased a high end for 150.00 which I had planned , so now my order is almost 600.00. I uploaded the screenshots from that day showing the bid sequence . Please fixed this I have reached out to posh.

Sep 09Reply

saintsandaintsI have made over 30 purchases from you under my new screen name and old name TrulydesireHim . With the exception of the pungant garlic smell on the jackets, I never filed complaints and I drop that case after airing them out and using odor removal. I’ve received shoes with tears, stains and mix match sizing but kept them. Please cancel the order and make a new listing.

Sep 09Reply

simplyflyboutiqLoved watching your show!

Sep 24Reply

shanelleilene@saintsandaints were you ever able to fix this? I’m in a similar situation 😩

Oct 02Reply

saintsandaints@shanelleilene Yes. The items were marked shipped but weren’t and I panicked. They created me a new listing and everything worked out. When custom bidding and that clock is ticking I have to be more careful. They are really good at resolving issues. It might take a few days but this happened to me twice,

Oct 02Reply

rockcandy4uWe should make it home by next Monday??? We’ve been traveling and now hubbz and I are hiding from band. He goes back to the tour bus on Sunday and I’ll go home to open packages. Thankyou for all the shoes. I don’t know how or when I should buy additional shipping! I’m buying Christmas shoes for everyone. Happy me

curlythreadsI need to cancel an accidental order, want to make sure it cancels bc I accidentally hit the bid button logging into the show. it was a few hours ago - nothing showing up in my purchases yet.

Oct 17Reply

sue_agnesHi. Love your auctions for shoes and purchase a ton. Can I just make one suggestion. The boxes I get 4 or 5 pairs in are boxed in two thin boxes barely held together with shipping tape and always arrive open, like wide open with dirt and dust inside. Could I suggest investing in some good boxes that will hold several pair of shoes and packing material so they don’t come open and shoes flying all over the place. Just a suggestion because I absolutely love your stores. Thank you

Nov 11Reply

uniquegiftbymeHello, please review my order from 11/12/2025 for I purchased 5 items and somehow or other was billed for 6, there seemed to be a labeling error which mixed up numerically on an item that I did not receive, bottomline $10 is owed back to me so please credit above on a future purchase or on my charge card

Nov 30Reply

suzannesjI really enjoy your sales! Have loved the shoes I have received one large order of about ten pairs. It was great! I am concerned by my credit card statement for a lot of the others I have purchased in the past week. It looks like I was charged shipping for each pair I purchased.??I was told that you would put all the shoes purchased during each shoe together for one shipping charge. Please help me so I can continue to buy from you. Thanks in advance
