Anthony Richards Shirred-Waisted Floral Maxi

Such a stunning dress this is...the pictures just do not do it justice! Billowing pink and purple blooms flutter in the breeze in a two layer fabric maxi, on a rich deep purple background. Elastic shirting and ruching covers the bust area to the waist and around the back, with a pretty beaded tied halter neckline attached. I hated to have to part with this, but it just doesn’t look right on me. Brand new without tags; never been worn.
