bethejoy @justmedoah Hi there, thank you for viewing my listing and the question. I would say that they are not as compressive as Fabletics Power Hold. More for yoga, barre, running, or even just lounging. They are extremely comfortable and breathable vs Power hold which make me sweat just wearing them lol :) If you’re a S in Fabletics the XS/S should fit and = sizes 00-6

bethejoy @justmedoah And I would say they are light to medium light compression and have a nice high waist that flatters no matter how you move. They are a cult classic for a reason! :)
