smrgrl13@twoposhchicks It is mentioned in the description that the waist is partially elasticized -- so how much give is there with the elastic? So for example: if the waist for the 16 is 35", does the elastic stretch to 4" for an overall waist measurement of 39"? I hope that makes sense! ;)
