shine2015 Hi did u see my messages. I really need to cancel the dress I bought for $18 cause it’s too big and will cost me more to tailor then buy a dress that fits. I would really like that other dress in black off the shoulder for $48. I made. Mistake. I’m human. Sorry. Can u do the right thing please. It’s not like I’m canceling and that’s it. I’m kindly asking to cancel this order so I can buy the more expensive dress which is more money for u so I don’t understand what the issue is

twoposhchicks @shine2015 we can’t cancel on out end. Once the package tracks it out of our hands. You may want to check with Poshmark. We will do what ever we need to do on our end to help. Please remember if you’re looking for a refund, you need to go through Poshmark. They take 20% from all sellers

twoposhchicks @shine2015 we did not say that Poshmark will charge a fee for canceling. Not sure what you’re reading. We said “ you need to go through Poshmark for a refund. They charge sellers 20% on all sales made.” So any exchange or canceled deal needs to go through Poshmark.

shine2015 @twoposhchicks also I wanted to cancel the order in a matter of an hour or two since I placed the order. So how could it have started to track RIGHT after I ordered. That’s impossible. Plus I said I’ll cancel that order and but another dress for full price with no discount which is more expensive then the white dress I ordered. Please do the right thing cause only u can cancel not me. I asked u to cancel and hour after order so it’s impossible that it started tracking already then

We don’t show a purchase from yesterday and I didn’t accept a offer of $18 for a $48 Dress. 95% of our clothes are new . Provide proof. Or go through Poshmark. If you find us unprofessional sorry .
