petal_house@foxarazzi Hey there! We are currently in the NICU, an hour and a half away from home. We hope to go home soon- he was having breathing problems but now just needs to work on his feedings.

petal_house@foxarazzi Yea, thankfully he's fine now. I just forgot in the last 7 years how little newborns sleep! 😴 I'll start closing again though- time to get back in a routine!

maplebearAw, he’s so cute! Congrats! Did you have a long Nicu stay? It looks like you got rid of the ng tube. Good work!

Jan 26Reply

petal_house@maplebear Thank you! 😊 Juju (Julian) was born at 37 weeks with lung issues and we ended up staying in the NICU for a week... Not a terribly long time but long enough when your an hour and a half away from home and just had a c-section. We made it though!

Jan 26Reply

maplebear@jamiejak The distance and c-section would definitely make a Nicu stay harder. I’m glad you made it through just fine! He’s adorable. 😍
