Hi, I bought the shirt in a size XL. It was delivered today I have not accepted the order yet. The shirt is extremely XL. I know Poshmark does not like returns due to size. I would just like to exchange it for a size L. How would you suggest to do this? I’ll accept it at any time. Thanks, Stephanie

I just wrote to Poshmark. I can’t accept it until I get a shipping label. So sorry. You have three days once You receive an item to return it as long as you hadn’t accepted it. Hang in there. 🌸

Hi, Poshmark just released my payment for the T-shirt. No shipping label. So if you’ll give me your address I’ll send the XL back and when I find out what the shipping is I’ll send a separate envelope with Return shipping for the large T-shirt. How will that work? So sorry for the mess I got you into.

@sehenkel hello. have you contacted poshmark for a return label? as of Poshmark policy I am not allowed to do any transactions outside of their site. postmark would have to send you a return label for any items returned. you would have to contact customer service and follow procedures for a returm process. i apologize for any inconvenience.
