restlessangel _MORE INFO_ Concealed side zip, partially lined. Measurements flat across are: waist 15" (give or take a cm because of slight, material stretch) x length 38" length. I'm 5'4 & the back is a tad too long but can be hemmed & worth it, if desired. This skirt is unaltered & Not touched. Light Wrinkles From Packaging should go away when hung &/or Ironed. Sits on Natural waist Line.
