sugarbea @campbella10 The sequin on this particular style is stationary. The other style has sequin that flip over to a gold/silver color. Both are very attractive it just depends on what you prefer. I wouldn't be able to go that low on these in the size 9 but if you place an offer, I will do my best to accommodate you.
