sugarbea @jcs2 I had them listed in women's sizes. So youth 4 is the 6. You picked the size 6 to order, so you would get the youth 4. Your order says "6". In the description it says youth size 4 5 6 is women's 6 7 8. So if you chose size 6 that is the womens size which means you would get the youth 4.

I contacted posh mark itself and this is what they told me. I am unable to send exchanges or personally process refunds. sugarbea @lisalou_07 I received the label but it had the same tracking number as the original one so it won't scan because it was already in the usps system. They need to generate a new one with a new tracking number for me to be able to ship the slippers again. I can contact them and I would suggest you do as well and hopefully they can get a new one issued.

My daughter loved them and kept borrowing mine. I couldn’t find them in stock again, so I searched and found your listing. I ordered on 11/29/20 and gave them to her yesterday on Xmas Day. sugarbea @kim_berlee02 I am sorry to hear you say that about me as I have been selling online for over 20 years and haven't had any issues until starting last March with usps and the pandemic and the election. I sell on other sites and they protect me and other buyers from rude comments when usps doesn't do their job. I have a number of carriers because covid is so rampant here and live in a small town in the county in MN. They grab my parcel (up to 100) per day and don't scan them for days.

Poshmark has been great but they exclusively use usps and contract with them and my other sites I have moved to fed ex and ups because of my issues. Please let poshmark know and they will be able to process the refund. Sellers don't have access to your funds so they have to be refunded directly through the poshmark. I am sorry they didn't arrive. It has been a rather challenging holiday season and year dealing with the postal service.

sugarbea @lovedbylorraine Good Evening! I don't have the coquete in size 11 but I do have one on order so it should be in within the next couple of days in the hot pink color. The ones are you are referring to is the coquette and most of the styles I carry besides those are the regular UGG slippers. The coquette is a true indoor/outdoor style with a structured sole and are more luxurious than most of the regular women's ugg slipper style.

sugarbea @suzystlye They were a youth size 5 I'm guessing. I advertise the youth because they will also fit women's. If they are a suede boot, they will stretch considerably with wear. I am unable to view the sale ad well sm unable to accept returns after that amount if time.

I will have to sell them. I am bringing this up to Poshmark. If you’re going to sell Youth sell Youth. Usually I receive a short shoe string in the box & that wasn’t included either just wanted to wear these that’s All. .
