missak66 @kjsop89 they are good for you to work out in and not see anything private. They are not heavy and are breathable. Are you looking for winter leggings? I don’t have any currently. But I do wear this brand in the current winter climate indoors or running errands. I hope that helps. Personally when I am looking for climate clothing (specifically running in 20 degree weather outside for an hour) I stick with Nike or Adidas weather specific gear.

missak66 @couturern good question! Let me see if I can find something on the web for reference. I know that I can wear either size and I am a women’s 4. Just depends on what kind of hold you like. Btw .. I own a lot of Athleta and like a small in that brand.
