fateorfaded @elw2545 Im not sure. The only tag is the last photo! From feel (and my opinion), its probably some sort of cotton blend. Not silky, not elastane/spandex (no stretch). The ribbon is a nice satin. I just can't say exactly what it is without a tag to go off of.
