elisza is it just one broken down of elastic, and how long is the break (unstretched)?

k8tron @elisza So the waist is smocked, and there's just one tiny section where the stitching is coming undone (not related to elastic at all). The one line of stitching starting to come loose is really, really minor, and it would take a minute for me to hand stitch if you'd like. I'm just very thorough in my descriptions so that the buyer gets exactly the garment that is described.
