American Rag Summery Maxi Dress

This bright, colorful Maxi dress is super soft and comfortable. Halter top style. Perfect for anytime but especially summer. XS but I would say you could definitely wear as a small or maybe even a medium. Gently worn only a few times. Took some close up pics so the fabric/colors can be seen better.
