Ok so this versatile blue & white plaid floral embroidered button up piece of clothing can be a jacket, a dress, or a shirt. Looks new. It would be so cute with some leggings. Almost 32in length 17in shoulder to shoulder 22in underarm to underarm 20in waist - 40in round 24in hip to hip, gets wider as I goes down. As always look at all the pics.
