@amalfiespresso They are definitely cracked. Because they’re cracked, I am willing to go down even lower in price, to help you factor in repair costs. I’ll take closer photos when I get home and tag you!

@amalfiespresso Hi! I just uploaded a video showing the cracked strap. There are three total straps—a longer shoulder strap which is totally in tact, and two hand straps. One of those hand straps will need to get fixed.
