As George Floyd's brother Terrance said at his brother's sacred end of life memorial site today, let's make real change, "they" think it's going to be all about anger & riots and then people are going to go home & things won't change, nope, not this time, this time we are holding those in perceived power accountable. Terrance spoke loud & clear, true & eloquent; vote in all elections, & elect the right leaders at all levels of gov't. <3

free2beyou @erykah_ot You're welcome, & you're absolutely right! I have a really good feeling about this, I can feel an energy of powerful inspiration & motivation within all of this. The negative organized extremists out there are just static noise, there's a difference between genuine acting out from pain which is OK & rioting just to create trouble & I believe that all the people who will make a positive change can respect the difference & not be taken off course & distracted by it. <3

free2beyou @hisqueen100119 I know we have to think about the brutality & hardships of the past few hundred years, but I also think about the resilience & endurance of ancestral memory & generations of surviving to thriving within this dysfunctionally racist, sexist, classist, elitist, country & thanks to social media we can put truth out. I just hope I can live to see a black woman president in my lifetime. I yearn to see that. I know it's weird me being a white gal but I just feel it in my bones.
